As an Executive & Leadership Coach, I help women leaders pursue success on their own terms–whether that’s navigating a career change, leaning into their strengths, or focusing their energy where it matters. Together, we get clear on what success means, uncover what’s holding them back, and take bold steps forward. I work with a diverse range of professionals, including tech executives, operations leaders, product managers, marketing directors, and entrepreneurs. Prior to coaching, I spent 18 years as a business leader in tech and retail. I led teams at Amazon, Audible, Accenture, and high-growth startups, working across areas like strategy & operations, category management, supply chain, and customer experience. I hold a BA from Wellesley College, an MBA from Wharton, and am trained through the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute. I live in the San Francisco Bay Area with my husband and two daughters.
