A Master Certified Coach (MCC) through the International Coaching Federation—a credential held by fewer than 5% of coaches globally—she has 17 years of experience as a creative executive in global advertising and has coached more than 1,500 clients worldwide. She partners with purpose-driven leaders and organizations to cultivate self-understanding, human-centric leadership, creativity, and cross-cultural agility. Committed to expanding cultural awareness beyond the Western framework, she mentors coaches internationally and teaches coaching skills that honor multicultural perspectives. Fluent in English and Japanese, she also translated Sushi Chef: Sukibayashi Jiro, based on Jiro Dreams of Sushi. Originally from Tokyo, she has lived in New York City for more than half her life.
