About
Michelle Antonio is a Chinese American professional career coach who is passionate about partnering with her clients to help them achieve career success through clarifying their own personal definition of success, gaining insight on the elements of a meaningful career and then empowering them with the confidence and strategies to pursue their career goals. Michelle earned her undergraduate degree in Marketing from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and her MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago and upon graduation worked as a consultant at Bain & Company and then as the MBA Recruiting Director of Deloitte Consulting's Chicago office before becoming a Career Advisor at The Wharton School in 2003. Within three years she was promoted to the leadership role of Director, overseeing the 20+ member staff and operations of the Wharton MBA Career Management office which serves Wharton’s full time, Executive and alumni MBA populations. Michelle launched Michelle Antonio Career Coaching in 2010 to focus her energy on helping early and mid-career professionals identify and pursue more satisfying and meaningful careers in the for and non-profit sectors.
Why AWCC?
To find community with other Asian women as I explore my identity as an Asian American woman who grew up with internalized racism, and to support other Asian women in their personal and professional pursuits.
