Hi, I’m Lei (pronounced “lay,” in Chinese 蕾), a name that means “a flower bud waiting to blossom.” Born in a small farming village in China, I’ve always been curious about the meaning of life and human growth—questions that have shaped my journey across continents and into coaching.
