As an Executive Coach, Leadership Training Facilitator, and Keynote Speaker, Grace works with individuals and organizations to develop the awareness, skills, and a path forward to close the gap between where they are and where they want to be. Grace partners with her clients to achieve their goals, influence more powerfully, and command their potential without leaving any part of themselves behind. Grace often represented most of the age, ethnic, and intersectional diversity on her senior leadership teams. She now specializes in coaching those who experience being the “Only,” a trailblazer by choice or lack of representation, and the “Other,” an outsider whose belonging is questioned internally and/or externally. The “Only” and the “Other” face additional challenges, are held to a different standard than the rest, and their success comes at a greater cost or is never fully realized. She helps her clients fully understand their potential and operationalize their self-awareness to become influential leaders who thrive in the face of conflict and significant change. Grace supports her clients in achieving their goals because of, not despite who they are. Following several years of private sector experience, Grace joined the National Security Agency (NSA) where she quickly advanced into executive leadership positions as a GS-15. She served as a Chief of Staff for many of NSA’s most critical cyber operations organizations, such as Computer Network Operations, Defensive Network Operations, and Collection, Exploitation, and Cryptanalysis Operations. Grace left Federal service after 14 years to fully commit to her coaching and consulting practice, With Grace, LLC, and to create and serve as Executive Director of Coaching for Community Leaders, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that exists to advance equity in access to the transformative impact of coaching to leaders and organizations serving underrepresented members of our community.
