Felice helps people be their most-fulfilled selves and do their most impactful work. Her coaching draws on nearly 20 years of professional experience in business and healthcare. Felice's coaching journey began with hiring leadership coaches throughout her career. Coaching helped her gain self-awareness that improved how she showed up at work and at home. As a people manager, she found coaching to be a powerful tool in her toolbox. She also realized that her natural inclinations to listen and hold space for others were unique skills in the business world. To become an even more effective coach, she completed training with the Co-Active Training Institute and is working on her certification. Felice grew up in West Virginia as the daughter of Filipino immigrants and now lives in Berkeley, California with her partner and two children (ages 6 and 3). She has an MBA and MPH from UC Berkeley and a BA in Economics and Philosophy from Wellesley College.
