Hi! I’m Athena Mak (she/her), an ICF-certified leadership coach who’s energized by helping people reach their goals and be the best version of themselves, personally and professionally. I love working with people to uncover new ways of looking at themselves and their situations, and develop a path forward in a way that aligns with who they are and what matters to them. Service is the heart of who I am. I am a seasoned leader with 15+ years of US and international experience developing people, leading teams, building strategy, and driving organizational change in the private, nonprofit, and social sectors. I have coached people at all levels, from emerging leaders to senior executives. When I'm not coaching, I can often be found curled up with a good book, traveling and exploring new places, or getting in good trouble with my partner and our two young kiddos.
