About Faye

Faye is a certified Executive & Well-being coach dedicated to helping clients break through to their full potential and experience true abundance in all aspects of life. With 20 years of experience as a successful leader in software engineering with experience ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies such as Google, Kodak, and Adobe, including serving as an internal career coach at Google, she is especially attuned to the unique struggles within highly-competitive, fast-paced industries.

Faye’s upbringing and education informs her balanced, whole-person approach as a coach, incorporating her multicultural upbringing under both Eastern and Western influences with an interdisciplinary education background in Computer Science, Organizational Leadership, and Co-Active Coaching. As a coach, she integrates the timeless wisdom of compassion and harmony with leading research on leadership and wellbeing to evoke lasting transformation. She is passionate in supporting clients to take charge of and design their life based on conscious choice and authentic courage. Her coaching style is warm, creative, and individualized to best empower and amplify each client.

Faye lives in San Francisco with her husband and their two daughters. In her free time she enjoys writing, traveling, and volunteering at her daughters’ school.
